Interested in everyones plans for the 777. Which is the average haul you'll do? I'd love to hear!  ^_^

I voted "Long Haul". Between 2800nm and 6800nm.

I use Delta's MAY13 pdf timetable for my routes. The M11 and M1F that currently fly the 777 routes will now be operated by the 77L/77F. But the M11 will still be on 757 flights over 3000 miles, 767, and 330 flights.

I can't wait for ATL-JNB nonstop. I think my first flight will be LAX-ATL.So I voted "a bit of everything mentioned".

A bit of everything, because I intend to do some long haul out of DXB to Australia and some short hauls around europe. Possibly YVR-SYD, but not likely.

Every route exceeding 200 nm is considered long-haul, right?

Nope - this is how I learnt it in School:

Short Haul: <3 hours

Medium Haul: 3-6 hours

Long Haul: 6+ hours

I'm not sure if Ultra-Long Hauls have an official definition. However I'd place it 13+ hours. Surprising you voted that you hate long haul!

@PHXMD-11 How do I update JNB code from FAJS to FAOR?

I have to land this baby on the Old Kai Tak. I'll be doing any long haul that used to land there.

Nice selection.

Its long haul for me, I can't do pax services on short haul with an aircraft like that, has to be long haul! Although I do, do short haul cargo services.

I must try out that ultra long haul from Dubai to Vancouver (Its 16 hours am I correct?) It would be interesting to do ^_^
