Why consider anything at full price??? You can get that any ol' day of the week. Today is a day of bargains so snap them up. FSDT, Flightbeam, Tropicalsim, LatinVFR all have good sales right now. You could pick probably pick up six high quality airports and still have change. Antartica I think is on sale and that's a whole continent!

Or go for the Quest Kodiak at 50% off or save a little $ for the next few weeks. I think Captain Sim will have its annual $9.99 sale and I see you do not have their 737-200 which is really good.

Just a few...

Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, Gigabyte GeForce 5080 RTX, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!)  Windows 10, (hold off for now on Win11),  EVGA 1300W PSU
Netgear 1Gbps modem & router, (3) 27" 1440 wrap-around displays
Full array of Bravo, Saitek and GoFlight hardware for the cockpit. Varjo and HP VR headsets for mixed reality.

I notice you don't have GEX or EZDok. They are quite good. FSDT airports on sale aslo good to get today.
