alt-tab in/out

Featured Replies

Hi guys

I've that weird issue. When I alt-tab out of FSX, I cannot just get back in by clicking its icon. I've to ctrl-alt-del and when in Window 7 blue screen to hit cancel. Something I should know ?

Seems to happen to me as well. I have found using alt+enter before I task out. Stops the problem......

First of all I always alt-enter to windowed mode if I need to do something else. But if I forget to do so and use alt-tab and I, just like you, can't get in the game anymore, I click on the icon and alt-enter anyway. The game will appear again but now in windowed mode after which I alt-enter once more to full screen. Anyway, make a habit of using alt-enter instead of alt-tab!

This is what works for me: after you've clicked the FSX icon to get back in, press the "Windows" key then click any where on the desktop - works every time for me.
