Ground crew voice confirmation on a second leg doesn't work

Featured Replies

Another thing I would be very happy if you could address in a future update is the ground crew confirmation when the ground power and the external air have been disconnected doesn't work when you're setting up for a second leg.

I always use PWR EXT/AC and on the first leg when I speak

'You can disconnect the external air and the GPU now'

the ground crew after doing so will speak something like 'The ground power and the external air have been disconnected, you're clear to start engine number two' but this only works on the first leg...on a second leg the ground crew is silent and you'll instead have to manually look for the ground power available light on the overhead panel to extinguish.

Might also add that I've noticed the PWR EXT/AC will automatically revert to APU all the time. The way it is now I have to set it to PWR EXT/AC when I start FS2Crew on my first leg, I then have to set it to PWR EXT/AC again before I land and if my memory serves I believe I then have to set it a third time before starting a second leg. If you could make it 'stick' to whatever setting I choose that would be great and even better if this setting was also saved when you exit FSX in the same way other FS2Crew settings are saved.

No problem Bryan.

Yes, I'm starting the APU a couple of minutes before p/b trying to mimic real world OPS as close as possible.
