November 28, 201213 yr I have noticed something funny with fsx. I will do a flight, walk away for awhile maybe 30 minutes while my plane is parked at a gate, return and start a new flight and I get a crash. Any ideas why letting fsx sit would do this? I am running utx so maybe that is it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thank You Anthony Anthony Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHZ, 32 GB ram, win 11, gtx 4070 Super
November 28, 201213 yr If you download and run App Crash View - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/app_crash_view.html it will provide you with some information that caused the crash. I'm guessing that your computer fell asleep and couldn't come out of it so crashed. Definitely not a UTX problem and I suspect an issue with your computer. Just a friendly reminder that your signature is in violaton of AVSIM policies. You are no longer allowed to have system specs in your signature and put your system specs in your profile instead. The rule is pinned at the top of the FSX forum. Thanks for your cooperation. Best regards, Jim Jim Young | AVSIM Online! - Simming's Premier Resource!
