November 29, 201213 yr Hi Doing a fresh install of P3d + addons, already got FsGlobal 2010, just purchased FS Global Ultimate Bundle. Do i still need to install FsGlobal 2010. cheers
November 29, 201213 yr The Ultimate stuff comes in volumes affecting only certain areas. For all others, if there are some, the FS Global 2010 would still make sense. That's a lot of data on the disk. Well, the global volume generates folders being named after their affected region, so you can disable those which seem to be doubled. I think the more detailed mesh will always have priority in FSX but I would place the Ultimate stuff above the global one.

Keep FS Global 2010 for those areas outside the regions covered by the Ultimate Series. FSX will use the highest res mesh it finds for any particular area.
