Is there anyway to get night lighting over the tile proxy tiles? If so I would love to know so I can try it out

The only nightlighting that I know of that will work with TP is with UTX's 3D night lighting. I got it working and it looks great with TP.

 

BTW John, I switched to the Bing server and using the same settings as for Yahoo and TP is rocking!!!! Thanks again for your settings, I am really digging TP now.

thanks i appreciate that, what is the www. for the bing server, is it just www.bing.com, or if it is possible can you add your tileconfig.ini so I can see your settings

If I remember right, it will (*or can be told to) cache what it's grabbed as you fly for future flights with TileProxy.

 

TP does cache as it downloads so once downloaded, a tile will load up more quickly.

When you say the same settings, do you just mean for the level mapping?
