December 5, 201213 yr Hello, Today, the Taburet X-Plane 10 global scenery replacement addon has been released through simMarket. http://secure.simmarket.com/taburet-xporbit-for-x-plane-10.phtml Does anyone have a good idea about what does it do? I cannot tell much different from the screenshot, between stock XP10 and the addon. Also, the developer says, flying above FL3000 is not recommended. So what would happen if the plane climbs across FL3000? Thank you. Cai Zicheng Cai

Cai Best Max flight level indicated is 300.000 FT - (Not FL3000 as you wrote) - becouse textures are much higher resolution than default - xplane will not show the whole world covered with new textures - but you can fly at any altitude you like - if you like. What does it do? In simple words - It replace the orbit textures (the one see in the distance) with new ones to add bit more shape of land you see when you fly at higher altitudes.

Yes, and with X-Plane you have an atmosphere up to the higher limits - exosphere. The temperature profile is very plausible :-) Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)

December 5, 201213 yr What's the difference between FL3000 and 300,000 ft? I believe there's none.... unless there is a superior limit to FL, but I am unaware of it....
