December 20, 201213 yr Anyone had this problem with AS 2012? I fly at FL370 with a 50 kt tailwind and every 10 or so seconds the plane pitches up and down a few degrees over and over again until it subsides.... Then again and again. It happens also every time i maximize the fsx window after minimizing it. David Zambrano, CFII, CPL, IGI I know there's a lot of money in aviation because I put it there.

December 20, 201213 yr Author I searched. Only one post with my problem. No one helped him out. I have fsuicp (latest and registered), I always use DWC wtih wind smoothing. David Zambrano, CFII, CPL, IGI I know there's a lot of money in aviation because I put it there.

December 20, 201213 yr Commercial Member I'd be willing to say there are in excess of 50 threads addressing this issue, all solved by a little working with the two programs. In any case, it also sounds like you're messing with other programs while running the NGX. Remember that the sim is a massive memory hog, and needs all the memory it can get for all of the computations to work correctly. When resources are taken away from it, those computations take longer and you can see how that affects your sim. In a similar manner, the aircraft is less precise when running in time compression. Again, it's trying to be precise but has less time/resources do run them precisely. Randy: Haha - it might be worth pointing out that my roommates also call me the Grinch. ...and again, in the spirit of helping, here are a couple examples: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/355880-rockingswaying-on-autopilot-lnav/ http://forum.avsim.net/topic/368218-ngx-rocking-back-and-forth/ Not cruise, but similar issue: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/360143-nose-pitching-up-and-down-durring-climbdescent/ http://forum.avsim.net/topic/346862-my-new-weather-config-works-perfect-with-the-ngx/ Always worth looking at the weather dev's forum as well: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/356533-stuck-or-invalid-winds-fix-here/ Here's the full search that has hundreds more: https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Aforum.avsim.net%2F+active+sky+rocking+wind&rlz=1C1LAVE_enUS396&oq=site%3Aforum.avsim.net%2F+active+sky+rocking+wind&aqs=chrome.0.57j58.14023&sugexp=chrome,mod=12&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#q=site:forum.avsim.net/+active+sky+rocking+wind&hl=en&tbo=d&rlz=1C1LAVE_enUS396&ei=mlXTUMynNpKy0AGN_oCgAw&start=10&sa=N&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.r_qf.&bvm=bv.1355534169,d.dmQ&fp=93a0003da4073894&bpcl=40096503&biw=1600&bih=799 Kyle Rodgers
