Full support is still granted when you buy from Simmarket too.

 

BTW, we don’t handle the financial transaction ourselves when you buy from our website. We delegate this task to Avangate, a major E-Commerce provider. They have a very secure infrastructure and can handle payments in virtually any language and currency.

 

We only get the name, address e-mail of the buyer as well as the serial number they sold you. Only Avangate has access to the transaction financial details.

 

Updates come every 2 to 3 months. You just un-install the previous version via Windows Control Panel, download the latest from our website, unzip and run set-up just as you did with the first MCE installation.

Thanks for the response. I'm just trying to limit the number of places I'm handing my credit card number to, and since I have a number of purchases with them it made some sense to keep it there.

 

Are the new updated versions distributed to the resellers as well (like Simmarket) or do we need to get them direct from your website? Are the options configured in the system retained when you uninstall the old and reinstall the new?

You can always get it directly from their website. The exact same download is both the demo and the full version, depending on whether there is an activation key-license installed.

Yes. All options are kept. You don't even have to reinstall the activation key-license. It is left where it was.
