January 25, 201313 yr This is an old topic so I apologize for the delayed response. In my experience...developers will send Avsim software to review and other times the reviewer will ask Avsim to reach out to a developer if they want to look at something in particular. Personally, I have taken a look at the list of software we have on hand and picked one that I fancied. Other times, I have asked to review a specific title. Sometimes the developer responds and smoethimes they do not. So, I don't think it's bad form to request a review but a few things have to come together to make it happen: a willing reviewer with that platform and the software being made available by the developer.
