Thanks. I swapped the MAC address on my router (which then gets me a new IP) and am now able to connect. Why would they block my IP? I certainly have never done anything on their site except spend money.

Hi, We had not blocked your IP. Was likely just an internet glitch or a temporary issue with your ISP (which a IP refresh obviously fixed for you). These things just happen now and then on the net :rolleyes:
