  1. +$100 markup on all PMDG products. +$200 if you complain about it.
  2. Familiarization/test flight.
  3. Are you sure you're not at stalling speed? I get that warning followed by the stick shaker if I took off right at stalling speed. I just reduce the pitch a bit just to gather more speed until that warning goes away and continue on my merry way.
  4. Make sure your heat sink is properly seated. That's too high even for stock.
  5. v4 with fix iFly 737 VC view facing the terminal : 20-25 fps here. Goes up to 30-35 once I takeoff. There's a spot some where just west of the airport where it always drop to 10-15 fps.
  6. Changes Update 1.10: AES Lite compatibility with the Acceleration Pack Taxiway E2 is now blocked and partly removed because a new terminal is build there. Traffic patterns are adapted to exclude this taxiway. New apron tower (VATE) near the new terminal 2G Position of the ILS DME transmitter fixed Enhanced and fixed Gate assignments
  7. Where do I start? Yes it's that bad IMO. PSS has its own share of bugs but nothing as bad as CS. Just the flight dynamics alone makes you want to cry.
  8. PSS has always been a solid performer for me. CS is too buggy.
  9. On 10 January 2013 the airport's ICAO code was changed from FAJS to FAOR.
  10. NYC area has always been a hog on performance even without addons.
  11. Imaginesim has KEWR. Overland has RJAA and RJBB plus more. http://secure.simmarket.com/overland-japanese-airports-vol3.phtml http://secure.simmarket.com/overland-japanese-airports-vol5.phtml
  12. When this happens again, try turning off your AI. Sometimes RC doesn't give the AI taking off ahead of you the "contact departure" message and just sits there.
  13. Don't mind him. He's just jealous we get better frame rates than "them".
  14. I just saw this at Simmarket. Interesting considering I do most of my flying in Asia. http://simmarket.com/imagine-sim-zspd-shanghai-pudong-fs2004.phtml
  15. http://skyvector.com/ for air route planning. For airports outside the US, I get my charts from Navigraph individually when I really need to update. The annual charts cloud is just too expensive.
  16. I'll give it a year before I even think about it. My FS9 and FSX runs just fine for now so no rush here.
  17. - Edit AFCAD so they take off on one runway only. - Crank up traffic to 100% - Enjoy!
  18. We're busy flying instead of trolling Avsim and whining about CTDs and low fps.
  19. They also have a special gate in RCTP for these.
  20. So what's the problem? Bring in then the Pokemon...
  21. Try turning off the AI traffic. In my experience, there's a hung up AI somewhere that kept RC from issuing me a takeoff clearance. Once you get your clearance, turn the AI on again.
