December 29, 201213 yr plane went to first nav1 frequency, then, i changed it to a new frequency, the plane did not seem to go to the new airport , 10 miles north of first airport ? thanks maybe the autopilot will only get me to the first nav1 frequency; thanks
December 29, 201213 yr Suggest you read up on VOR to VOR navigation... The autopilot will not get you "to an airport", but rather help you navigate to a VOR beacon, depending on the active NAV1 frequency and the OBS course setting on the VOR gauge or HSI. Bert
