Looking for GA ATC Recommendations

No you don't have to repeat anything back. Just cough twice and it accepts it.

There are times when I wish it would ! If I have a head cold it's pointless me trying to talk to ATC :-)

I don't own the product but I've heard the voices for VoxATC and they sound terrible, extremely computerized/robotic. Even default ATC is much smoother talking (again, I recommend getting EditVoicePack for speeding up the FS ATC).

I used to go a lot of GA flying in FSX, and thought the default ATC was sufficient, and I assume MCE would make it even more immersive (I don't own MCE). And install RC4 just in case you wanna do IFR, since MCE works with that as well. Doing IFR with FS ATC sucks with all it's weird zig-zaggy vectors and whatnot.

Talk to ATC, have AI traffic controlled by VoxATC,

expected responses given on a seperate window.

so you know what you're supposed to say.

I've had another product where I wasn't given the text assistance,

and I wasn't sure if the lack of response was my setup

or my expected responses.

Voices:

You can choose one or multiple voices

with speed, volume and role chosen by you.

- so you don''t have to have AI voices the same as the controller(s).

They take a while to load on initial setup,

and they are not crystal clear; but,

that seems perfect for AI of different speed, volumes.

You can buy a large number of (not inexpensive) voices

if you prefer:

Best of all you can get a free trial period to see for yourself

Only just now heard of PilotEdge. Thanks Ryan, will definitely check it out tonight B)
