RealityXP Garmins and LPV approaches - glideslope

Featured Replies

I set up RealityXP Garmins (ver 1.6) today.

During an LPV approach should I see the glideslope bars?

Yes, you should... V1.6. or 1.4. - does not matter.

The early Malibu release had a bug that prevented the glideslope bars from showing (in LPV mode).

I believe that got fixed in a Service Pack.

If it works in other aircraft, but not in the Malibu, send me a PM with your email address

and I'll send you an improved G500. (which you may want to have in either case)

Ok,

I sent the e-mail addr via Simforums forum.

Because I could only send one PM from (within 24 hrs) here and I did not include it with the memo.

Thanks.

Got it.

Thanks.

Will follow up later.

When RXP COMNAV1 does its self test should I see the both the LOC pointer and glideslope bars on PFD (HSI) ... as it does with FS default aircraft?

Bert,

Well, that got us all "sync'ed" up.

I see the glideslope on NAV1 and the PFD/HSI.

Your file done some kind of magic here.

I have not flown the GPS LPV but I can just imagine the outcome!

The right side of all my posted jpg get chopped off and they are cropped <1400?
