January 17, 201313 yr Could someone clear this up for me. I see some add-ons requiring SP2 and some Acceleration. Now before I install FSX, do I do it in the following order: Btw I have FSX Deluxe version. 1. Install FSX 2. Update to SP1 3. Update to SP2 4. Install Acceleration Can you have both SP2 and Acceleration installed? I'm confused. ASUS ROG Maximus Hero XII ▪︎ Intel i9-10900K ▪︎ NVIDIA RTX 3090 FE ▪︎ 64GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro ▪︎ Windows 10 Pro (21H1) ▪︎ Samsung 970 EVO Pro 1TB NVME SSD (OS Drive) ▪︎ Samsung 860 EVO 2TB SATA SSD ▪︎ Seagate 4TB SATA HDD ▪︎ Corsair RMx 850W PSU
January 17, 201313 yr No you can't. It's either or. Acceleration is the most stable and bug free version and you don't need SP1 or SP2 if you have Acceleration. All SP2 addons work in Acceleration, but not always the other way around. Simmerhead - Making the virtual skies unsafe since 1987!
January 17, 201313 yr Commercial Member 1. Install FSX 2. Install Acceleration Done. Acceleration includes both SP1 and SP2. // Simmerhead was faster
