3 Monitors - Add On Livery from PMDG site

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone,

I'm still tweaking my new build but running 3 screens in VC. I received great support from PMDG and received updated panel.cfg's to help with FPS and the mouse flickering issue, while running 3 monitors. All "House PMDG" liveries run great.

I wanted to try the forums first before bugging PMDG tech support about my issue.

This is for FSX

I downloaded an add on livery from the PMDG website (FedEx new colors) and it loaded up just fine. But, when I go into the VC I have the same original problem: mouse flickering, no 2d panel, and low frame rates.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Chris K.

Thanks for the replies. I'm away this week for work so won't be able to do very much.

I've already received the updated panel.cfg's directly from PMDG tech support. They work great with the house livery's but not when I download from the PMDG site. I wanted to post here first and not bug PMDG support , although they have been great!

No problems with 1 screen

Thanks, Chris

Really weird, adding a livery should not overwrite your panel.cfg file. All liveries share the same panel.cfg anyways. Did you get 2 files from pmdg? one for the vc.panel? Id go back and make sure the changes are still there. If not, just take the file from pmdg and overwrite your origional.

I thought it was really weird too. I'll double check the panel.cfgs and files.
