Is there any website out there, like Flightaware, that shows the specific routes aircraft take in Europe?

Actually today I was looking for a route from Amsterdam to Funchal,and found one on this site,

If you are referring to determining routes, the Real-World Flight Plan Database is a very convenient and flexible tool (you can personally request real-world flight plans). Note: a free registration is required.
