Looking for Map Showing Global Jet Stream

Featured Replies

Hi

Some years ago I used to go to a site which showed where the jetstream was anywhere in the world. Sadly I am not able to find it any more.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a site where I could look for such a map........

Yesterday I was climbing to 36000 feet and after reaching 30000 I started experiencing a lot of issues with my plane which disappeared after I dropped to below 30000.

Looking at one of the weather maps for the local area I was flying I discovered the jetstream was predicted there and suspect this was the cause of my issues. Repeated flights had the same problem even though flying in other areas my plane was uneffected.

I own Rex, As2012 and /Opus FSX but none of the seem to show this information.

Is there a third party software for fsx which I can use?
