Is forum searching broken or temporarily down?

Featured Replies

Hey all,I've been trying to search this forum for a couple of topics (replacement texture topics, etc), but everything I try comes up blank. Heck, to test, I even tried to search for "flight" - nothing :(.Can someone else try a forum search and see if its just my machine or not? Thanks,Elrond

The simple search has never worked for me. But the advanced search seems to be OK. I just tried "Elrond" and it found you :-) .Doug

I think the search for the file library is broken too. It won't search well at all. I always go to Flightsim.com to do searches now.

Hmmm. Well, it seems to be acting flaky for me today, even the advanced search (which I always thought worked just fine).I select the "MS Flight Simulator General Discussion Forum", select to search all children forums, search subject and message, all topics and return up to 50 results.I did a search on "texture" and it came up with nothing (!). Re-entered "texture" again without changing a thing and it came up with 101 pages of results (!). Did the same thing a third time and... Nothing. There was a discussion of antivirus programs (related to the new "tweak" service some like and others dislike) that mentioned NOD32 AV. Did a search on both "NOD" and "NOD32", but nothing.Dunno... But thanks for helping and checking it out Doug.Take care,Elrond
