Eaglesoft Premier 1A won't start....

Featured Replies

I thought it might be better to post here rather than the ESDG forums. Every one of my aircraft are able to start fine except the Premier.

When I engage the starter button, it just cranks and doesn't ignite. I am doing everything right, and at about 24% N2, starts the sequence

over again. I tried the automixture option, but doesn't do anything. Anyone have any ideas?

Haven't got the Premier, but when I have that issue it is normally due to the fuel being off.

If you are following the checklist and it isn't working then try switching to the MS Cessna and check it is turned on in that, then switch back and try again...

Do you have hardware controls? If so, make sure mixture lever is fully forward.

If no hardware controls, use CTRL-SHIFT-F4 to open fuel values.

Hey Bill, finally got it working with CTRL-Shift-F4. Not sure why I cannot manually add the fuel, but oh well.

Thanks! Any new models coming up for ESDG?

It's just the weird fuel system in FS. The "mixture" controls for piston engines acts like a fuel valve with turbine/jet engines.

If your "default flight" has no mixture controls (which the Trike doesn't!), then it defaults to mixture-fine/fuel value closed when you load any aircraft.
