February 20, 201313 yr I have purchased the box version of the 737-NGX and can not intall it with my code because Incident #0236-72421 ...it is denied. I just re-installed windows on raid so I had to do everything all over. Like many always trying to get best results. How can I have this resolved. email? a rest? any topics on this? Dave
February 23, 201313 yr Goodworth contact pmdg with a support ticket. They will reset it for you.
