FSX EZDOK,FSUIPC,ACCUFEEL ADD-ON'S not launching correctly

Featured Replies

Wow just running from one problem after another,Seems like every time i fix one thing another problem arises, I dont remember this issue happening before but just noticed it today while doing a Tour on my VA (Virtual Airline)

Here Goes, When i launch FSX EZDOK camera use to launch with FSX but today i noticed it wasn't launching. I know what the problem is but dont know how to fix it. Here goes, I re-installed EZDOK and ran the Configuration utillity that comes with EZdok That seemed to work and now FSX starts with EZDOK, but noticed that FSUIPC was no longer starting with FSX and ACCU-FEEL was also not starting up with FSX

So i did some digging and realized that Instead of just having a DLL.XML file in the Roaming FSX directory i now had two XML files.

1.)DLL.XML...Wich contains the launch codes for Accufeel and FSUIPC

2.)EXE.XML... Wich contains the Launch codes for EZDOCK

Seems to me when i use the Configuration utillity for EZDOK it creates this EXE.XML and instead of FSX reading the DLL.EXE it only reads the EXE.XML Causing it just to launch the launch codes within the EXE.XML and not those within the dll.XML resulting in Accudeel and FSUIPC NOT being selectable within FSX

SO i then tried adding the Launch codes from the DLL.XML Into the EXE.XML but no luck???

Refer to pictures below for more details

Both XML'S Im refering to

Default DLL.XML

Default EXE.XML Created by EZDOK

added THE EXE.XML Lanch codes into the DLL.XML and ive also done it the other way around none worked

Your original dll.xml is messed up.

Each section should start with

<Launch.Addon>

and end with

</Launch.Addon>

Near the end, around the FSUIPC entry the sequence has got messed up.

It is my understanding that Accufeel conflicts with some of the functions of EZYDOK. That's why I never bought Accufeel. May be worth checking?

It looks like the A2A, AccuFeel, FSUIPC4, and EZdoz entries in the dll.xml are corrupted. They might work but they are corrupted.
