I have an airport I downloaded. It is Roskilde in Denmark (EKRK).

 

The filenames are EKRKDAN.zip, EKRK2.zip and EKRK-up1.zip.

 

There is also a stock airport for it which lists and shows all the taxiways in AFX and in ADE. When I go to the airport and call ground I get no progressive taxi at all. What do I have to do to get the progressive taxi paths to show and also have ground recognize them? Thanks, Bob.

This is the only airport that progressive taxi does not work. I am not running DX10 Preview. I read somewhere else that the addon scenery has to have the right elevation for the progressive taxi to work.

Update:

 

The downloaded addon files only add scenery items. It does not have an AFCAD in it. When I disable the addon scenery and use the stock airport, which is in APX51120.bgl, I get no progressive taxi at all and this is a default stock airport. The taxiways all are identified and show up in AFX and ADE. Bob.

I tested the default airport using FSX/A and progressive taxi worked for me from 2 different GA parking spots.

 

I could not find all of the files you named here in the library.

 

I did find ekrk-up1.zip and the readme says that it requires another addon, yet does not say exactly what that addon is.

 

I also found another 2 addons for that airport by the same author, with file names that didn't match the ones you listed.

 

ekrk-up1.zip does include an Afcad-type file, AFX_EKRK.bgl

 

I went ahead and installed that addon just to see what would happen.

 

I ended up with a bunch of black buildings but progressive taxi still works.

I looked at the other 2 files by the same author which have different names and dates, yet are identical, and now I seem to have more black buildings and PT still works.

Hi. Thanks. The filenames are correct. They are not here. They are at Flyawaysimulation. After several reboots I now have the progressive taxi and all the scenery displaying OK. I deleted all the scenery from the Scenery Library and the Addon Scenery folder and reinstalled it all and now it works.I have no idea why it did not work the first time. I am trying to get it all working for an FSX friend of mine in Denmark. Thanks for all your help. Regards, Bob.
