I didn't see the earlier thread on this, so I am glad you shared it. It's such a great story. It's been some years since I've flown on United but it was always a favorite airline of mine--their staff were always so kind and humorous. It's heartwarming to read of such commitment by airline staff and it sounds like they were following a greater power to help this man out. John
