PMDG Options.dll

The fix was in my registry. I did a search for PMDGOptions.dll in my registry and removed the entry I believe.

It's the only thing that worked.

This is a very old topic and I don't remember the details, so proceed with caution.

I believe I messaged Ryan about the fix which he already knew about as well.
