a la suite d'un crash de mon PC, je souhaite recharger 737 NGX acheté il y a 8 mois.jai acheté  un "extended download service" pour cela. mais je n'ai reçu aucun lien pour le recharger. apparemment mon compte n'est pas activé. que dois-je faire?

Sorry, but this forum is English and the use of another language makes assistance difficult. However, you seem to be saying you have had a system crash and need to reactivate your 737NGX. My French is terrible, but are you saying you did or did NOT obtain the extended download service. If you did not receive the link to re-activate the 737NGX, I suggest you contact PMDG support...http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/frmRegister.aspx     The guys there will be able to sort out your re-activation problems.

He said he bought the extended download service but didnt receive a receipt because apparently his account isn't active.

Try to re-register to the above link, ifyour mail will be invalid (as probably already in the database, use another account.

When you have an account you can send a ticket, when sending it you need to put the order number and the product serial in order to verify you.
