Is there a good payware or freeware Sheremetyevo Airport? I couldn't find that suits my needs. Why companies like Aerosoft doesn't produce it?

There's one over at avsim.su, which is actually great for a freeware airport, plus they got some other really nice sceneries, too.

The reason why e.g. Aerosoft don't do Russian airports is that Russian authorities seem to have some concerns regarding security and hence they don't allow developers to take photgraphs etc in situ, which makes it hard for them to do a proper rendition(at least that's the explanation I read at the Aerosoft forums some time ago).

I flew from Amsterdam to Sheremetyevo back in 2010, After landing and getting my baggage I then had to leave the airport to get a connecting flight to St.Petersburg with Aeroflot over at the 'old' terminal on the other-side of the airport. I had to go through security once again, I had an opened nearly full bottle of water in my pocket, they didn't even bother asking me to throw it away. Unless the system is different in Russia (IDK). After that I checked in, 5 minutes later I was on the aircraft with the same bottle of water. It may not seem like a security problem, but here in Europe they're extremely strict about not letting a bottle of water through...

I am using this, it is good for freeware, pretty accurate!

 

Concern's regarding security?

I don't know, that's just what Aerosoft told their customers after Yekaterinburg was released and the demand for other Russian sceneries rose.

As for St Petersburg's old terminal, I've had some problems there in 2011, because I accidently had two empty bottles in my luggage.

The best place to check for freeware files is here. List of good sceneries, sorted by country. Has airports and "non-airport sceneries" eg. mesh, landclass etc. aswell.
