March 18, 201313 yr Most of the UI art are screenshots that have been modified in photoshop. As for the autogen density and other settings, you don't need tools to change that. You can do it in the Flight.cfg

You can do it in the Flight.cfg Though flight is very well balanced by the original team, it seems. Playing with density in the cfg usually did not produce desirable results.............
