So I've been using the ILS landing system for a while and it has always worked well...but for some reason recently, it guides the plane in, but goes too low too soon....I'm guessing it is thinking the runway is closer than it is...anyone had this issue - thanks!

What aircraft? Might help disclosing that.

Yes, specifying the aircraft can help in two regards: First of all, others can try to replicate your problem, and secondly there are some aircraft that tend to behave strange when following the G/S.

Are you trying to manually fly an ILS?  Kudos to you if you are-  and if so, are you keeping the glide-slope centered.  Also, as others have asked, what aircraft?
