i have a small request if an update is planned : the politeness for the F/O!

 

 

My FO do the minimum, i must finish its job! at the end of the flight, he never turned the cab/util, IFE pass seat, as logo light and main panel light, ok, it's not in normal procedure, but it is a minimum for the relief crew! without counting it does not stop touching my altimeter inflight, to believe that he would take my place!! And the ultimate, he sent a letter to the company to get me fired because I speak really bad English!!!

 

 

It can not go on, do something please!!

Indeed! when I print my CPT procedure (home made), I was based on the PMDG's doc without checking small differences with your.
