April 6, 201313 yr I build my FS9 flightplans via fsbuild and use gatekeeper to position the aircraft at the proper location (gate etc) when I enter FS9 and load the flightplan. Usually everything works fine. However, I just installed Shez's KLGB (long Beach ver 4) and while I see the gates, parking spots in gatekeeper, when I run FS9, load the flighplan with the parking spot identified (eg, gate 8), it ends up placing me mid-field on the runway. KLGB was installed correctly into my addon folder and activated in the scenery settings. I also tried moving the AFCAD (AF2.xxx.bgl) file to the addon scenery folder (like I do with all my airport addons) and it still positions me mid-field. Stumped. Any ideas? Thanks Rich Perry
April 6, 201313 yr Try renaming AFX_KLGB_FRFsaNOtaxisigns.bgl to z_AFX_KLGB_FRFsaNOtaxisigns.bgl and test. There is a separate file for the taxi signs and I suspect it is getting read as the AFCAD. As there is no runway info in that file you are being placed at the Airport Reference Point. The rename should cause the AFCAD to be read last and fix your problem. regards, Joe The best gift you can give your children is your time.
