April 6, 201313 yr Hello, Everytime I'm flying, if I don't set the labels on the aircraft I am not able to see them because the distance in wich they appear is very small. Anyone knows a tweak to extend this distance and to be able to spot planes at a further distance? Thank you guys Bernardo Reis

April 6, 201313 yr Certain servers may limit the distance at which labels appear. To further complicate things they may also significantly limit the distance where labels appear when a plane is on the ground. I fly with labels off but if you think about it this makes sense - sort of a sim version of a TCAS warning - if no label, no plane within X miles (the servers we fly on limit label distance for airborne aircraft to 10 miles). And, if you are arriving at an airport with many planes on the ground you don't want a bunch of labels obscuring your view of the runway - the servers we use will not show a label for a plane on the ground if you are more than ~ 0.2 NM away.
