April 8, 201313 yr Looks like someone deleted a scenery folder manually/unintentionally that's still registered in the scenery library. Or maybe some automatic uninstaller failed or had been programmed improperly. What happened to AVSIM
April 8, 201313 yr Verify you have a folder named scenery within the ...\FSX\Addon Scenery folder. regards, Joe The best gift you can give your children is your time.
April 8, 201313 yr Author Thanks Joe but there is no such file named 'scenery' hence my problem. George T
April 8, 201313 yr It's not a file, it's a folder. There is a difference. FSX is looking for a folder named <your FSX location>\Addon Scenery\scenery and not finding it. That is what the message is telling you. You can go into Windows Explorer, go to your FSX install and see that there is a folder named Addon Scenery and another folder(s) underneath that named scenery and texture. If they are not there, add them with Windows Explorer. Next time you start FSX the message *should* be gone.
