April 11, 201313 yr Greetings, I just bough RC yesterday and I havent recived a keycode (regardles of have followed instructions) via e-mail as stated on install. I have manualy sent a e-mail as suggested on RC´s manual but still no news. Any ideas of what I did wrong? Thank you. Regards, Mike
April 12, 201313 yr First, do you have jdtllc.com bypassed in your IPS and any pc spam filter? Have you checked your spam folder? The formatting for the auto-registration process is exact so if RC can connect to your e-mail application it is best to use that from the registration dialog box to create the e-mail. For the automatic registration server to work your e-mail address should be the one you used for ordering. A manual generated e-mail must look like this: To: [email protected] From: Ron Ginsberg <ginsb001@xxxxxx> Subject: RCv4 Key Request -388913xxx ! Ron ! Ginsberg If the product code is displayed with a dash in the dialog box include that as noted. Spacing and format is critical so when pasting in the product code from the dialog box be sure an extra space does not occur. There should only be one space before the first "!# and two before the second. At the end of the last name in the body text be sure use type an enter to go to the next line. Normally within the hour you should get a reply unless the ISP used for this has comm problems. You can also manually send this to [email protected] for manual handling which can take a day. If you still do not receive a key the reply here.
