I would like to make a video and put it on Facebook and later when I gain more experience You Tube. I tried FS Recorder, but I guess it's the wrong format.

You'll need a program like Fraps to actually record a video in a common video format, since FS Recorder just records your flight data in order to replay it.

The alpha version of FS Recorder can

(excellent for weaker computers), but sound must still be recorded using another program such as Fraps.
