April 14, 201313 yr A quick question if you dont mind I am looking to run the 'flows' and the 'checklists' from "cold and dark" to "parking" in the virtual cockpit only, using Ezdok and TrackIR5, so that I only need to purchase one large monitor instead of several monitors for each of the other panels (OH, pedestal etc) Will that software do the job so that i can click on all of the buttons and switches ? and is there any other add-ons that you can recommend ? Also, in your opinion, what would be the largest external monitor that I could run this on ? Thanks for your time
April 14, 201313 yr You can have the view set in any position with Ezdok, and cycle the view with keystrokes. Also, in your opinion, what would be the largest external monitor that I could run this on ? :search: :p0307: On what? Regards Luke M
April 14, 201313 yr Also, in your opinion, what would be the largest external monitor that I could run this on ? Try with sharp LB-1085  Dimensions : 2572x1550x204 mm Mass : 195 kg Diagonal size : 108 " Resolution : 1920x1080 px Power consumption : 1130 W Price :90000 euro note: For proper usage, you need to buy mini power plant and reinforce concrete under TV. Also, that TV can be used as heating device during cold winters. Lj. Prodanovic
April 14, 201313 yr Author excuse my lack of knowledge so with Ezdok and Track IR5, I can tilt my head upwards......... view the OH panel and use the mouse to click on the buttons, turn the knobs etc ? Im assuming that i can use any size display for the simulator Thanks Again lol point taken
April 14, 201313 yr Regarding Ezdoc I can't say anything. I'm using TrackIR5 just together with the standard views (where the 2D inbetween is a bit disturbing). However, if you search YouTube you should find some FS-examples where Ezdoc has been used (at least mentioned). In some of those examples I did not even notice Ezdoc's use. Coming back to your monitor question I tend to say that a projector should be the better solution... Regards,Axel
