When I'm on the runway I notice some of the lines are moving. Once in the air, off in the dinstance, I'll see the ground swirling around. Right now I have REX, freeware from ORBX,MEGA EARTH. It's noticeable no matter where I fly.

Sounds like shimmering caused by mip maps. Try adjusting your anisotropic filtering options on your graphics card or set your texture filtering in FSX to anisotropic and see if that helps.

I have an Intel, how do I find my graphic card . I have Windows 8.

Do you mean an Intel Graphics chip? That sounds like onboard graphics.

 

If you go to Control Panel (via the cog icon in the charms bar, or WIN key +C - Settings) then Control Panel - Display, Adjust Resolution, Advanced Settings...what does your Adapter type say?

 

Hopefully it should say something like ATI or NVIDIA. If it says Intel..well I would really recommend getting a separate Graphics card.
