April 24, 201313 yr What I mean, is a suggestion that those users that are exclusively running FSX under the DX10 preview mode, might put together a post that gives all the 'required' tweaks, files, etc in one place, so those like myself, that would check it out, could bring a DX10 session up to speed. I know that the water (when I tried it at an earlier time) color is off, and that there is some tweak/fix for that, etc. So, how about it guy 'n gals? Can anybody running solid with it step up to the posting plate?

Thank you guys...those links are what I was hoping for. I want to play around with it, in light of the article I posted a link to about memory, V.A.S., memory limits, etc. There is a duplication of graphic files lists in the DX raster (as per article...) in DX9 that is not repeated in DX10...so can give a 300 MB cushion in the V.A. limit. Thanks again.

All the Best, Thank's Paul, since the BIOS update, and the GTX 680, it's been a blast! I just came back from updating all my ORBX scenery files from their support site. Haven't done that in awhile. I also saw they are putting out some DX10-friendly airports. Good stuff....see ya in great blue beyond.... Mitch
