May 12, 201313 yr After installing all of ORBX western sceneries (Pacific northwest,Central Rockies,etc.) , all my lakes and rivers in eastern Canada and US have disappeared. Even when selecting FSX in ORBX control panel I have only land where water used to be. I have reset textures in UT Canada and US also in GEX Canada and US and still no changes . I have registered in ORBX forum but find it impossible to get access. I am about to remove all of my FSX and sceneries and aircrafts because of this awful mess. I have work for a week reloading all of this. If anybody can help before I erase everything I thank you in advance ...

Here' what I would do: 1) Set FTX control Panel to default. 2) Download the latest Libs and install. 3) Check to ensure the coastlines are visible without ORBX enabled, then go into ftx control panel and set the ftx scenery to the top. Then enable a region and open FSX. Close FSX. Then set FTx Central to default. Check to see if the coastlines are visible. By keeping FTX sceneries set to the top, every time you install a scenery, ftx central will make sure that your scenery library is intact when you enable or disable it. If everything is working as normal, then all you need to do is enable or disable ftx control center to the preferred region. If you're having issues with UTX control panel, you can enable or disable UTX on the fly. I hope that this helps. Jose MSFS
