I have now FSX on a different directory than FS9. So, FS9 is in C:\ and X in D:\

 

I solved the problem of the black gauges with my FS9's 747 of PMDG. But now, in FSX, I can not solve it.

 

I have tried with all the codes (6C5C0C61209E5C8B6C49C0CBCD2526CD2A526C28, c2e80520102f0800e790160704de90760a1b3801...) and I've set the regedit, I've downloaded it from a lot of different webpages, but for me it doesn't go. I can take off but when I take off they can get black or put in "app mode" and I can't change it. It's horrible. I've the monitors on LCD too, but it doesn't work.

Maybe you should try buying the product? As far as I know this problem mainly happens if you own illegal copy of the product, also messing around with codes and editing registry manually shouldn't be necessary with legal copy of the aircraft. 

 

Boxed version of PMDG's 747 was one of the first aircraft I bought for FSX, I've never had any such problems with it.

I suggest sending your full name and address to PMDG via the support portal - http://www.precisionmanuals.com/pages/support.html

 

I'm quite confident that PMDG will sort you out...

Please also post your social security number, birthday, and a picture of your passport/drivers license here so we can get this sorted out.

Hello,

 

first to make things clear, I own a valid copy for both planes, the 747 and the extension LCF. I don't want to put my order IDs in public, but if you need them, I'll provide them. I've purchased both of them via the PMDG online store and so I think you'll find my name from the signature in your customers database. 

 

I am posting here, cause I have exactly the same problem as the thread opener. Whenever I load a flight in the cold and dark state the captains instruments won't power up. I tried to re-install the plane but this won't work either. 

 

I hope someone can provide a solution for my problem. Further details concerning my purchase only per private mail.
