Has anyone managed to run FXAA with no problems on P3D?

 

It's a great little tool and I used it with FSX but the problem I'm having is the FXAA settings are getting lost when the P3D main window loses focus to the ATC window.

 

A little annoying that the scenery suddenly loses it's nice look when ATC cuts in.

It's fixable by re-maximising the P3D window but I would much rather it not happen at all.

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.
