Ezdok landings more difficult, like its gusty

Featured Replies

I'm very impressed and disappointed at myself for not purchasing this addon sooner.  Immensely adds a lot to any movement piloting of all planes.

Didn't expect this but landings are much more difficult now. Too difficult? The view you see bobbing, weaving around and making minor correction behaves to me similar to wind gusts, even though it is at 0 wind outside(in the FSX world).  Haven't even tried with wind yet, ought to be crazy difficult.

Perhaps one needs to play with the different effects files, which appears to be its own voodoo. I'm simply using the default Medium files from default A321 in most of my planes.

Searching shows lots of queries for effect files but not many available, lots of cameras are available though.

I've fiddled about with the effects until the cows come home but inevitably end up going back to the default effects in the end. It's an excellent program but there are probably just too many options and you need to be a quantum physicist to make sense of the effects menu!

Yeah, nice to have all the adjustments but even with the advanced document, trying to get a realistic experience is not so easy to figure out.

Seems that rudder input is one of the larger causes for the ship a storm type movements.

So far I've found using a jumbo airliner effects profile to be most reasonable. This addon gives me something to tinker with, which is good fun for me so yay.

Welcome aboard VB, it's a great add on that adds an incredible amount of realism for such a small little program!
