July 3, 201312 yr Commercial Member This one had been bugging me for some time - not for the faint-hearted. If I can simplify it I'll add it to the sd2gau series. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/828736 -Dai
July 3, 201312 yr Moderator Dai, I know that is simply a really trivial example, but I can't help but think that it's a rediculously complicated way to simply "add two numbers..." :LMAO: Fr. Bill AOPA Member: 07141481 AARP Member: 3209010556 Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
July 3, 201312 yr Commercial Member What would be the 'advantage' of having a 'managed DLL'?? I find them far more annoying and worthless personally... but, that's just me. Never been one to embrace every newfangled 'idea' Microsoft's 'geniuses' come up with. LOL Ed Wilson Mindstar AviationMy Playland - I69
July 3, 201312 yr Author Commercial Member Bill - consider yourself shot Ed - I had (what was to me) an insoluble problem in C that needed just one line in dotNet, but I concede your point about them being definately annoying at times. Managed dlls - especially managed obfusticated dlls with no export tables - give me horrendous problems at work. -Dai
