777-300ER--how long until that is finished?

I mean I know July, Aug or Sep are expected dates for the 777-200LR to be released. Does anyone remember how long it took PMDG to get the 600/700 NGX out after the NGX was released?

I'm looking forward to the 777-300ER but I suppose I will have to buy the 777-200LR as it will be the base version right?

 

I'm also wondering is it going to be a huge demand on PC resources, more than the NGX? I love the NGX...

Just I don't want to be expected reasonable FPS when I get it and it turns out to be slow.

Anyhow I was enjoying the NGX the other night. What a brilliant product! I hate going to ask "when is it ready?" So I am not.

I am only asking for fellow fans to give me their anticipated timing. That is if they want to comment at all.

 

And I'm in no rush to see the 777 released. It will be released when its ready. Wish many posters out there would understand that.

Only Rob and crew know the answer to that million dollar question. We just got an update a couple days ago on some nifty little ground/refueling features, so it's progressing along nicely. We all want it now obviously, but will just have to hang in there a little longer. I'd say we'll have it by the end of this year. Yes, the 200LR and freighter versions are first up.

They've actually said it runs a little better.  The cockpit is cleaner than the NGX.  Less protruding knobs, less vector calls or something like that.  They said it I remember it!

Even if it comes out august or September, it will still probably need more update later. The more fussing around it will take longer and it won't be 100%.

I asked before and Rob said around 1-2 months and will be similar to how they did the 600/700. It's on the March preview - I believe on some of the first couple pages... She'll be the one I fly most definitely!
