I use an Apple iMac and run FSX in the Bootcamp partition where it is installed into C/FSX rather than into Program Files (x86)

 

However I note FS2Crew for the PMDG 737NGX would be installed by default into Program Files.

 

Should I allow that or should I install into the FSX Folder?

FS2Crew needs to be installed into your root FSX folder.

 

The installer should auto-detected the FSX folder for you.

 

If it doesn't, you have a common registry problem, which can be fixed via the Flight1 Registry Repair Tool found here:
