July 27, 201312 yr Just curious as to how many of you use light bloom and if you do, is it best to enable it via FSX's built in system or use a 3rd party such as SweetFX? Which would yield better results and performance. July 27, 201312 yr well, if you are running dx9, FSX's built in light bloom is a resource hog of epic proportions. so the answer is sweetfx (or ENB etc...) With Dx10 I've heard that it's better, but I still use sweetfx for mine, haven't tried native yet in dx10
