July 28, 201312 yr I've noticed today that the font on said panel has changed. I have, over the past few days, had an issue with the ai traffic in fsx. This is now resolved, but could be a possible source of the font issue. Please find attached an image. (I did find reference to this post http://forum.avsim.net/topic/361342-electrical-meter-fonts/?hl=missing+fonts#entry2244254 and cannot locate that font.) I also notice that the HUGS has no display, may be for the same reason. Win 7, all PMDG variants. Regards Paul Edwards
July 28, 201312 yr Hi! I had the same problem, it is a mistery also for pmdg as I uninstalled and re-installed the product and the problem was still there. Send a ticket to pmdg, they will answer you in a day or 2 with an attached font file, just install it as per instruction they will give you. PS: no problems with the head up display for me, but I rarely used it. Regards Andrea Daviero
July 30, 201312 yr It might all be due to you Win 7 DPI (dots per inch setting). As you are using Win 7 this might be the issue and it is worth checking thoroughly before any support ticket or re-install: For Win 7 users ..... Start>Control Panel>Appearance and Personalisation>Display Select .... Smaller - 100% (default) Then... Go this link... http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/443-dpi-display-size-settings-change.html This will show you how to check or even change the DPI setting to allow text and other items, such as icons, fonts, and windows, to display larger or smaller in Windows 7...your looking to have 96 DPI to make things like PMDG PFD/ND/EICAS/HUGs Display(s) view correctly (under normal circumstances).
