July 29, 201312 yr First the Spanish Train crash, then the Italian Bus crash, now a Swiss train crash: http://www.rte.ie/news/2013/0729/465318-switzerland-train-crash/ This has not been a good week... Hope the driver is found okay, but judging by the pic it doesn't seem likely... I've always been amazed at the ability of things like this to happen in groups of three. So often in my line of work in particular. In my entire career, if there've been two incidents within the space of a week in the company, there has always been a third one before the end of the next week. It's amazing really. Regards, Ró. Rónán O Cadhain.
July 29, 201312 yr Things are always happening. Slow news month. Planes trains and buses are the sensationalism du jour. We need a good volcano, revolution or maybe just Kim Jong Un standing in front of Iran's first nuclear bomb, smiling. Until that gets dull, too.
July 29, 201312 yr Let's hope it stops there, Ro, as they all deal with modes of travel. Add to that the 2 incidents in the USA, it has not exactly been 'Singin In The Rain' for the travel industry. Rick Almeida
